Eco Fair on Summit

  • House of Hope Presbyterian Church 797 Summit Avenue Saint Paul, MN, 55105 United States (map)

Join us at the Eco Fair on Summit, on May 16th from 12-3PM! This free event is dedicated to sharing practical tools for a more sustainable lifestyle. It’s a family-friendly gathering that serves as a hub for neighbors to connect, learn, and discover how collective action can lead to a greener future for our local area.

TC Food Justice will be at the Eco Fair highlighting the vital link between food systems and environmental health. We’ll be sharing how food rescue directly supports a more sustainable Twin Cities by reducing waste and lowering the carbon footprint of our local food cycle.

The fair will showcase a variety of modern environmental solutions, offering folks the chance to see e-bikes and electric vehicles in person, while learning about the long-term benefits of residential solar installations. For those interested in supporting local ecosystems, there will be resources available on establishing pollinator gardens and native landscaping!
Come learn how a food justice lens makes our community more resilient, ensuring that surplus resources are redirected to create a more equitable and nourished neighborhood!
